The Crystal City High School Teacher of the Month is Geometry Teacher Anthony Ramirez. Anthony is a hardworking individual who is dedicated to the success of his students. Anthony is also a Varsity/JV Football Coach & Freshman Basketball Coach, where he inspires all his athletes to always do their best regardless of what the outcome may be. His colleagues describe Anthony as a hardworking, caring, and devoted teacher. Anthony showcases all parts of our campus’ Vision Statement daily and is always ready to grow professionally to be the best teacher he can be for his students.
The Crystal City High School Student of the Month is Roberto Martinez. He is a freshman student, son of Roberto and Irma Martinez. Roberto’s teachers state that he is always willing to help, very respectful, and demonstrates good character. Roberto not only has a wonderful personality, a great sense of humor, and an inviting smile, but he is always ready to learn and enjoys discussing global issues, our school, and its operations, as well as his various career interests. This weekend Roberto participated with the UIL Academic Computer Applications Team and earned 4th place!
