Welcome to my U.S History Page!

My Biography: Ruben Salazar 04-02-54
I was born in Crystal City TX and attended all of the schools in Crystal.
Graduated from Crystal City high school in 1973, during my senior year
In football I was awarded the Best Defensive player of the year and also fighting heart award.
I received my associate of art from South Texas Junior College in Uvalde in 1980,
I also received my Bachelor of Science A & I University at Kingsville.
I taught Social Studies in La Pryor for 24 years before coming back home to teach in Crystal.
My hobbies are playing golf, going swimming, and playing cards.
Throughout my teaching years I have been awarded “Who’s Who in American Teacher”.
