ATTENDANCE QUESTION-Why is the mom shocked when she meets John? Black History Month: Sidney Poitier-filmaker/actor

This movie, "Guess Who's Coming to Dinner," was released in 1967. The film was one of the few films of the time to depict an interracial marriage in a positive light, as interracial marriage historically had been illegal in most states of the United States. It was still illegal in 17 states—mostly Southern states—until June 12, 1967, six months before the film was released.

Six Weeks Test

Once you complete the test you must record your responses on DMAC. DO not open DMAC unless you are ready to key in all your answers as it times you out, then you are locked out until an administrator can unlock your account. I would suggest you take the test, write your answers on a piece of paper, then transfer them over to DMAC.

After you complete your TEST, you have to submit your responses to DMAC. Your ID # should be your lunch number, but it should be 6 digits long. If it is not, add zeros to the front of your ID number in order for it to work properly. Ex. if your ID # is 12345, then you would have to make it 012345 in order for it to work. If your number is 2345, then you would have to make it 002345.
